Our Service Contracts are preventative maintenance plans offered by Herndon Heating & Air that are purchased just once a year, but keep you covered through all 12 months. Just like your car, it’s important to protect your investment through regularly preventative maintenance. Doing so will extend the life expectancy of your equipment, prevent costly breakdowns, and keep you equipment performing at optimal levels.

Regardless of age or condition of your system, our knowledgeable technicians provide expert service. We schedule appointments that are convenient for you. With our maintenance plans, you will receive 2 visits a year. These regularly scheduled appointments ensure your system is tuned up and ready for the season change. During our visits, our technicians complete a thorough inspection including, but not limited to the following checks and services:

• Inspect heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment for proper operation, insure it is operating per original design specifications

• Change filters

• Check pressures, connections, controls and safeties

• Report any deficiencies

Plus, as a maintenance contract customer, you’ll receive preferred service scheduling, AND a 10% discount on services needed in between inspections or discovered during inspections.
